At Angelic Hearts Home Care LLC, our caregivers and nurses are selected through a structured hiring process led by company leadership directly โ ensuring consistent, careful evaluation of every candidate. Across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, most of our staff bring at least one year of caregiving experience, with many holding certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or similar credentials, along with proven backgrounds in related care settings.
Screening and Employment Standards
Every caregiver joins our team as a W-2 employee โ never as an independent contractor โ giving us full oversight of training, performance, and accountability. The screening process includes thorough criminal background checks and verification of prior employment to confirm work history and reliability.
Matching Caregivers to Clients
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Caregiver assignments are made based on each client’s specific needs, schedule, and daily routine. Our matching process considers both the level of support required and the caregiver’s ability to deliver that support consistently within the home.
